Measured building surveys are a valuable tool for major building refurbishments or developments, providing accurate information where you need it.
This type of survey is also useful for quantity surveying, estimating and property valuation purposes. When making changes to your property, in certain circumstances planning permission will be required. Our surveys can be used as in integral part of the application process.

Drone Inspection
Drone inspections of roofs are a risk-free and cost-effective way to view roofs that are otherwise challenging or dangerous to access.
High definition photos and 4K videos of the roof(s), along with clear close-ups of any flaws, will be provided by our drone surveys. All of our drone operators are CAA-licensed with A2 CofC certification, and we have drone insurance that complies with EC785/2004.
